Enpee Group concludes sale of Positive Packaging business to Huhtamaki. Positive Packaging Nigeria to stay within the Group under the new name PrimePak Industries Nigeria Limited.

June 2015:

Enpee Group makes investments in new manufacturing & distribution capabilities for Renewsys – its renewable energy solutions venture.

July 2025:

PrimePak Industries Nigeria sold all its manufacturing assets at Ilupeju, Lagos to PrimePak Limited, which is not an Enpee Group company. PrimePak Limited belongs to Mr. Rajiv & Mr. Abhinav Duggal.
